Overview
Our swing is an adrenalin adventure at its best! Travel 15 minutes from Queenstown in one of our 4WD vehicles, take a 3-minute bush walk and you'll arrive at our scenic site.
Our purpose-built, cliff -mounted platform is 109m above the spectacular Shotover River. You freefall 60m past rocky cliff faces into the canyon before the ropes smoothly pendulum you into a giant swing of 200m at 150kph.
Because you are attached in a full body harness you can depart the platform anyway you desire, limited only by your imagination. There are two basic launch methods - jump yourself, or be released from our specially designed launch boom.
With over 70 different solo and tandem jump styles we can expertly manage the scariness for everyone - from knitting nana's to adrenaline junkies, we have the style for you.
Our return trip time is 2.5 hours and there is often time for more than one swing. Thinking of multiple jumps? Then mix up your jumpstyles to maximise your Canyon Swing experience.

- Cancellations notified 30 days or more prior to activity date » full refund is given by activity supplier;
- Cancellations notified 8 days or more (but less than 30 days) prior to activity date » 50% refund is given by activity supplier;
- Cancellations notified less than 8 days prior to activity date » no refund is given by activity supplier.
If you do not attend at the agreed date, time and place you may not be entitled to any refund by the activity supplier.
